Mother's day is an event that is celebrated every 2nd Sunday of May. It is celebrated with great love and affection with families. Mothers are considered as our superhero's, they are the bridge who help us walk through our journey. If there are holes that prevent us from achieving our dreams, they are there to close or cover them. Most of Filipinos tradition in celebrating Mother's day are some of them might have a nice meal together or plan something fun to do. Kids like give their moms presents like flowers or cards to say thank you for all the things they do. Sometimes they might even cook or do something special to make their moms feel happy. At school and in the community, there are often events to celebrate moms. Kids might sing songs or do things to show how much they care. Some churches have special services to thank moms for everything they do. People also use social media to share messages and photos to show how much they love their moms. Overall, Mother's Day in the Philippines is a day full of love and family time. It's a time for saying thank you to moms for all the love and hard work they put in. Families come together to make sure their moms feel really special and appreciated.
